Condition of Sale;


1.  The Company means “GlazFIX Limited”. The Customer means the business or person that the Company may agree to sell goods or services in accordance with the Company’s Terms & Conditions set out forthwith.


2.   If the Company provide a time or date for delivery this is intended as an estimate only and the Company shall not be liable for damages or otherwise for any loss occasioned by late delivery. Carriage Charges are applicable as follows; for Orders with a Net Value of under £200.00 carriage charge is £12.50 up to 40Kg in weight. All Orders with a Net Value of more than £200.00 carriage charge is FREE.


3.  Upon ordering the goods will be invoiced at the price given or as stated at date of dispatch and prices are subject to change without notice, but whenever possible the Company will try to inform the Customer.


4.  Any and all descriptions are correct to the best of the Company’s knowledge and can only be taken as advice. The Customer should check to their own satisfaction the information, any dimensions, specifications and pictures shown on the Company’s literature. Brochures or website are based on standards current at time of publication and it may be necessary to change them from time to time without notice, however the Company will try to inform Customers of any changes.


5.  The Company shall not be liable (i) for loss from a package or unpacked consignment or for discrepancy between quantities dispatched by the Company and received by the Customer. (ii) for damage unless the carriers are advised thereof by the Customer at point of delivery and inform the Company by telephone and in writing within 3 days. (iii) for non-delivery unless the carriers are advised thereof by the Customer in writing within 3 days from the date of invoice. The Customer shall accept the invoice as advice of dispatch of the goods.


6.  The Company holds a certain amount of stock to meet the expected sales orders, however if the Company from time to time has an unexpected increase in sales, the Company may not be able to fulfill an order where the purchaser has made payment. However, the Company will endeavour to replenish it stocks as quickly as possible and provide an estimated delivery date.


7.  If this is deemed Unsuitable by the Customer, the Company will refund the value against the original payment means within 30 days.


8.  The Company upon acceptance of the order by the Customer, they are confirming that they are over the age of 18 and that the delivery is to be signed for by the Customer or a person over the age of 18.  There are some are products that we sell either at trade counter or online at our website which are strictly age-restricted, being (Solvents and Knives).  The Company will do it best to ensure that this is upheld, but cannot be liable or held responsible by any third party.


9.  The Customer has the right to cancel an order within 7 days of ordering or within 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). This will incur a 15% handling charge that will be levied on goods returned for credit when incorrectly ordered or the Customer no longer requires the goods. However this is subject to the goods being returned in their original boxes, which should be un-opened. Any goods received that are not as sent may incur further charges. Where the Company sees fit to impose these charges they will advise the Customer of this in writing.


10. These conditions and any contract between the Companies shall in all respects be construed and operated in English contract and English Law.
